Nose: Fresh and lively – citrus fruits mingled with sea-air and a hint of smoke

Palate: Juicy barley with honeycomb developing to a gentle sweet peat quality
口感:多汁大麥伴隨著蜂巢風味之後發展成帶著泥煤的溫和甜味

尾韻:綿長尾韻帶著檸檬雪酪、乾海藻以及潮濕土地風味
蒸餾於2007年的Old Particular布納哈本單桶威士忌，熟成於豬頭桶(hogshead)中，酒精濃度54.4%，僅生產305瓶；帶有典型艾雷島風格的甜蜜泥煤味，並帶有蜂巢的香氣及海洋香氣，另外也透引柑橘類水果的芬芳。
