採用法式傳統香檳釀造法(Methode Champenoise),由100%的Pinot Noir釀製而成,手工採收,榨汁後與葡萄皮一起放置,因而呈現美麗的淺粉橘色。在瓶中發酵後,已在酵母酒糟中陳化18個月,呈現非凡的細膩和深度,帶有草莓、櫻桃、蘋果與焦糖的氣息。香氣濃郁且酸度清爽,風格複雜且富層次,餘韻香醇。是款完美的派對酒~百搭的氣泡酒比較不易踩雷,輕爽口感的氣泡酒搭配油炸物(鹽酥雞)更是合適!
